Thank you for explaining this, I already knew how to play reggae, but maybe now I will not see many many people butchering it on the internet…
Hats off to a brother with the understanding of the most beautiful sounding music there is

Haha no i ment 5/5 STARS not the beat.
I know, I “have” that feeling, but I need also to know how to play it. Because I have other feelings to, but i can’t just play them. Else i would be a star!
But i see your point.

Don’t you mean 4/4 ?
Anyways, Reggae is all about the experience. Just learning the guitar parts isn’t going to give you the full feel. Listen to a good reggae song and you’ll be able to see its the blend of all the instruments playing together.

Yes you did. It was a great lesson. I got an idea of how reggae works.
I’m trying to figure out what makes it really sound reggae, then I’ll learn some stuff about reggae so I have reggae in my system, because reggae is a nice cool style! Have it great. 5/5 of your lesson by the way, it was good.
you call that reggae?
keep your strumming hand moving…
