I heard somewhere it means, “You know me”. Hense the line would be, “I know you and you know me.”

Though, I haven’t been able to confirm it.

I think the word encatuse is possibly a coloquialism, as its not traditional Spanish. Black Francis lived in Puerto Rico for a short time, its possibly a word he picked up while there. But it could just be a product of his imagination, some of the lyrics in ‘Vamos’ aren’t actually real words. All that’s important is that Pixies are the greatest band of all time
